Yes it is definitely very personal. I wish i have those eye which i can evaluate the value of an art work. I mean some of the picture you find weird, may sell for 10m or something extraordinary. I remember there is an art work which is only blue, and it sold for something ridiculus too.
Yes I don't know how it works, one man will pay $100 and the next $100,000. It's all in the eye of the beholder.
