This here is the first Rabbit Note I ever posted to my site. I began the practice of writing Rabbit Notes amidst a very dark period of Depression. My friend Matilda from Australia recommended I start a gratitude practice to help rewire my mindset. It's not the be all end all of depression cures, but it certainly has shifted my perspective a bit over the past 5 years now.
