1. Analyse your Thoughts:
Not finding enough motivation to look forward to a day and getting things done is a sign of too much negativity in your life. It is possible that you engage yourself more in negative thought than the positive ones. To help yourself, you must first analyse what type of thoughts are pulling you down and discouraging you to opt for a healthy lifestyle and then try changing your attitude by going more towards it than away from it.
