5 Endemic Diseases my society is suffering from

By seeing the title you're asking yourself ooh 5 Endemic deseases in a single society? What will come in your mind is the mortality rate in such society.
Fortunately these diseases have long incubation period and they don't really kill but they block the victims somewhere in onother endemic areas of fatal diseases.

Now you're asking yourself is that HIV/AIDS? no, EBOLA? no, CHOLERA nooo those are not endemic in my society.

The society am talking here is Rwanda, it is a small society compared to the rest of Africa. When you talk about Rwanda most will hear GENOCIDE or Paul GAKAME( HE is now the Chairperson of African Union).

24years after Genocide Rwandan government have done a lot to create a working environment for it's population; security After stopping Genocide Rwandan government had maintained the security where everyone is not afraid of any insecurity of his or her money, properties or anything else, nowadays people are using to call RWANDA SUISSE of AFRICA,

onother thing the government has offered to it's population opportunities and support to everyone who needs to get up especially youth, associations and women.
Government has offered an affordable health insurance to everyone,
education for all,,,
sincerely they are many things that government have done so far.

From what I mentioned above you can ask yourself how can a such country suffer from 5 Endemic Diseases? But am here to give answers and am not going to waste your time.

Am not judging government policies for what my society is facing now because government have done a lot so far.

5 Endemic deseases:

1.Excuses

   I think now you are getting the ideas of diseases I were talking about. 

Excuses is the defense mechanism where someone is trying to hide true explanation of his or her mistake, controversial behavior or feelings by giving justified and explained reasons.

Yeah finding excuses is in human nature, but to get success in any field of this life requires requires you to stop excessive uses.

In my society youth are always complaining, we don't have jobs and they forgot the fact that they are the ones to create those jobs and that they are complaining in a country where a lot of services found in other countries have not yet installed. They can bring them in.
People in general want to eat honey but they fear bee stings.

*I always get a lot of excuses when I tell them about STEEMIT. Am new also on steemit and it's really hard even to make 1SBD on a best post that I prepared more 3hours but I know it's a process and I know one day when I become a whale 🐳 they will say you're highly favored.

Eee people stop*⛔.... There is a process for everything, don't rush the process

Reason why I find this as endemic, it is being found in general population and it is increasing the rate of unemployment.

One day with my colleague we were just trespassing in the city sides and one child(not obviously poor) saw us and said In a local language "wampaye" "give me" and he asked the child "what do you want me to give you?" the child answered “something". Haha we laughed and I just told him let us just buy for her biscuits 🍪.

Then we did and continued our walk. And he told me jokingly "she don't even know what she want but she just know that she have to beg" The parents have not built the habit of being responsible for everything in her.

Writing this article I was not aiming to blame or expose my society but to give a remedy because I know such people are in every society on this world.

Remedy:

a.

Be in control and feel responsible of everything that is happening to you and admit that you are wrong when you are.

b.

Self confidence if you have confidence in yourself that you're the one to find solutions you will never get excuses for not doing something you had to.

c.

Be part of the change you want, stop talking where your words have no influence.

d.

Ask yourself am I the only in such situation? then you will find there are a lot of people in the same situation that have overcome the situation with no support.

2.playing victims

Definition:is the fabrication of victimhood for a variety of reasons such as to justify abuse of others, to manipulate others, a coping strategy or

attention seeking.

Such people are in every society but let me talk about the one I know rwandan society. People are playing victims and this is hindering them not only to express their abilities but also to do something on their situation.

Example : in my society government has grouped population according to their social status (very poor, poor, rich and richest) so that the government can help them accordingly, very poor and poor get free life insurance, government loan for the university 🎓 and
other support from government, rich and richest may get no support or partial support..

But also there are services that lower classes can not get like Visa to go outside the country and bank loans,etc.....

Reason why am sharing this example is the way like a quarter of the population(play victims) need to be in lower classes so that they can get favors from the government. And this is becoming a culture if we don't find a remedy.

Remedy:

a.

Stop expecting things from people, what is yours is what you have and what you will have is what you will work for. This brings happiness and responsibility

b.

Stop blaming others no one has responsibility to solve your problems, you're the one and it's a must to solve your problems and you only. Take support as a surprise😲.

c.

you are not the only one in such situation. And always know that there are people out there like you who overcome the same situations with no help.

d.

What you have and who you are the reflection of your efforts and your choices.

3.Don't like to read

The 3rd endemic disease in my society, they don't like to read. When I found the knowledge in books, efforts that authors make to write and how much they wish to give everything in their head about the topic,

that's when I realized how much influence books or other reading materials can have to someone, to population, to my society, to your society.

Remedy:

About this, it is a personal decision to read when you know how important is that.

STEEMIT is another great solution, I have found a lot of knowledge from here and am also trying to contribute all I can to the society.
So everyone tell your society how good STEEMIT is as I am doing in mine.

4.Jealous

This is what Google Dictionary told me "Jealous is a feeling or showing an envious resentment of someone or their achievements, possessions, or perceived advantages"

In a growing society people need to help each other and you cannot achieve this if you think helping each is going to lead your colleague to higher level and thinking that it is going to be a problem to you.

"Uwawe aragakira" This is what we use to say in our local language only to mean that it is profitable if your colleague get rich.

God has a lot in a stock it's not a matter of competition, materials don't shift from one person so that another person may get them.
Noo it's a matter of hard work and good choices.
So don't be jealous,this will only end up toxifying your soul.

5.Trusting that God is going to give everything

Sometimes I think that disciples have resurrected and are no longer 12 but more than 11 million including people of my society. My society believes a lot in God to the level where they think that GOD will come and do everything for them.

Some in these days they don't even work for what they need instead they go to churches from morning to evening, fasting more than 3days waiting God to do what they are supposed to do, praying for the jobs as if churches are engaging people.

Ooh I feel sorry for my sisters that needs husband from there, they are fasting like the majority of monthly days, they are very slim because of fasting frequently , they are no longer attractive so do you want to marry a Saint or a human? Love is attraction make yourself attractive.

If I remember well God has told Adam and Eve" go and lead the world" correct me if I am wrong but my intention is to show that one of the mission humans have on earth is to lead everything on earth. So how are you going to lead the world when you can't lead yourself.

I firmly believe that everybody were born with a package to help him live this world so if you don’t use the package for it's purpose why are you blaming God? Or Satan?
Take personal responsibility and do something, use the package you were given by God for its purpose.

Decide, commit, sustain and feel that you can do better than you think, when you admit that you can, then God will bless your work

I wish I can get solutions for all problems that my society is facing, unfortunately I can only contribute, the rest is someone's decision
