Don't Tell People Your Problems
Why You Shouldn't Tell People Your Problems
When you do this, you are creating negative emotions and feelings within yourself and the person you are telling. This is the opposite of being pleasant and creating more happiness in the world.
Most people want to ramble on about their daily problems or past issues to justify why they happened, why they were right and so on.
The only time you should talk about your problems is when you generally want to find a solution and actually want to get advice to fix it. Which is usually not the case with most people, they only just want the attention on themselves and for your to agree with them.

Solutions
Solutions are usually known and found out instantly. If you wanted to fix it, you would apply it right then and there.
Most cases the solution would be just to let it go and move on!
When you let it go, start to open up to others on other topics, you will forget your problems, find solutions to what your needs are and create more happiness because now you are not constantly focusing on problems and negativity!!
Success
No need to review things 100 times with multiple people, especially when you are not coming to any good conclusions quickly. Also typically these are not even problems but just disputes with others and you are trying to get reassurance that you are right and they are wrong, completely meaningless.
This is how many do not move on and their success in life is affected because all they do is review the same old information day after day. This makes you depressed and prevents you from moving forward.
