I think humans have the capability to be in tune with the Earth naturally and the Universe. The Earth is a conscious super being in which has memory storage system (Crystals, DNA of everything). The Earth is aware and so are the animal kingdom, plant kingdom and the universe. I believe that all information are stored in the Earth/Universe by various means.

Humanity DNA (Mostly shut down) have been severely limited thus causing many natural human aspects to be dormant. Some people have more access to dormant aspects.

Thoughts, choices, events are continually occurring. Thoughts are energy, frequencies that floods the space smilar to wifi, radio signals, cell phone signal, t. v. signals. Thought signal can be sent and received like radio signals, ect. People have the ability to send and receive thoughts also have the ability to be in tune to the hive mind (Earth).

Seeing the future is seeing the most likely outcome of possibilities according to the present choices that are being made. The narrowing of probability occurs when choices are made according to the environment, like predicting the future. A seer sees the most likely probability of the future according to the actions and choice being made in the present moment. But that future is still uncertain because different choices can still be made changing the course trajectory. I supposed that's why it's called predictions (Forecast) (Quantum Mechanics).

I think that in the dream state the subconscious rules as in actually being the subconscious world. In that world, the consciousness is drastically reduced as in consciousness the subconscious is reduced.

The subconscious through dreams communicate in a profound way with imagery as the primary method of communication to the self. The subconscious relay messages for the self to decipher accordingly. Imagery is the language of the subconscious. The subconscious often times is aware of things that the self, consciously is not aware of and thus the subconscious relay messages to the self so consciously it can adjust accordingly (Life circumstances). Sometimes picking up subconsciously events that have yet to occur.
