Hulu not working?

Well for the past week Hulu has been not working, and we finally called. When we got the person on the line she was very helpful, and it took a bit of time to try and get it fixed, but the funny part was the two shows my wife and her talked about...... Were both from Netflix. I was laughing and neither of them knew why.
