30 Day/ 100 Rep a Day Challenge. Body Transformation VLOG Day 1

I recently decided to combat my growing " dadbod " and go all Black Panther. No, not really, but seriously, I been seeing guys like Jason Momoa, and other actors get ripped and be fathers. I want to practice what I preach and so now I am embarking on a 100 rep a day jumping jacks,squat, pushups, crunches challenge for 30 days.
I want to see where tis leaves me and document it day by day for 30 days and see if there is any visible transformation.
Feel free to join me and post your own challenges and experiences. This is a mini competition where we all win.
