WHY TO LOSE HOPE IN YOURSELF AFTER HAVING A BAD DAY? Well, it is very possible that you might have been preparing for something and give your 100%, despite having that “fear inside you” which is very important for you and things go horribly wrong. This feeling definitely demotivates the individual a lot. But you know what? You have done the most courageous thing. YOU have completed the task. Even though things may have gone the other way around, but if you give yourself a bit of time and think it in this way as “Ok..lets analyse the fact that what went wrong.”

And you know what!! That’s one BIG right step towards your growth. You won’t even know when you start growing, once you start to understand that fact that what could have went wrong. You’ll mostly make atleast some kind of mistakes, BUT that’s what we are right?? But the thing that matters the most is “how can we work on the mistakes and minimize it”. Don’t stress too much about noticing those very tiniest of mistakes. And also it is very important that you should cherish yourself. It is you who has completed the task despite having so many things going through your mind. It is you who has convinced your mind not to run from these challenges, but to analyse it and give it a good direction and thus choosing “GROWTH” over “fear” .Thus it is very important that you remain positive, keep in company with good friends who help you to feel good about yourself, do things which make you happier (like watch movies, go for a bicycle ride, read a book and many more). Thus, it will make you focus on the positive aspects of life. Thus, there is a very simple and a great saying:

       “THE KEY TO SUCCESS IS TO FOCUS ON GOALS, NOT OBSTACLES”.

At the end of the day after working and succeeding on your daily goals, it will be “YOU” only who will get a whole lot of energy to start off another new challenging day!!
