Have u ever experienced a heartbreak before? Either in a relationship or over something you've put so much hope on?
No matter how hard I try to explain, you might not understand only if you have gone through it then you'll have the idea of what I'm about to talk about.
Heartbreak could also be said to be disappointment, but mostly in a relationship, we call it heartbreak.
But when we talk about disappointment, this might even probably come from either your parents, friends, neighbours or just anyone.
It might come from the aspect of promise and fail or something(material things) that you have put in so much efforts, hoping for better rewards, but did not eventually turn out the way you wanted it to be.
Now, let's talk about disappointment in relationships which is known as heartbreak.
WHAT IS HEARTBREAK?
Heartbreak could be defined as the overwhelming extreme pain, either of the body or of the mind which is usually caused by disappointment in a relationship.
Anyone can experience heartbreak in a relationship... Either the lady or the guy. But do you know that no matter how it could be, a lady used to be the one suffering heartbreak most? Yes!!! We suffer for it most, we feel the pain most. The reason is because we put in all our best in the relationship.
RESULTS/OUTCOME OF HEARTBREAK
(1). Emotional Depression:- Do you know that emotional depression could actually lead to suicide? Depression itself is an inability to visualize a happy future. Depression is also a period of unhappiness which lasts longer than several weeks and may include injury or suicide.
(2). Illness:- Illness is a state of bad health. If you have been in the shoes of heartbreak, then you will understand this aspect. Medically, you need good food to acquire good health. No matter how strong you claim to be, when your heart gets broken, you'll fall sick.
(3). Hardened Heart:- If you jut find out that a lady finds it difficult to fall in love or to be in a relationship, why don't you make your findings? I'm very sure she has experienced a very strong heartbreak. When heartbreak comes from an unexpected person, it makes it difficult to fall in love again.
Heartbreaks damages the heart, it shouldn't be a thing to experience.
