Spiritual Life #1
Hi Dears Steemians
Today I start this new section called Spiritual Life, in which I offer, tips, interviews, tips and information about the techniques that can be used to cleanse our spirit, balance the organism, connect with nature, with our internal "I" and learn to heal only with natural alternatives.
To have a spiritual life is not necessary to be a hermit and move away from the society, it is only necessary to add to the life practices that enrich your spirit and make you a better person, dabbling in the interior, in addition to the outside, for being a healthy person in both the actions as in what we eat or drink.
In my life I have been interested in always looking for spiritual alternatives and the universe has introduced me people who have taught me philosophical practices that help concentration, inner peace and open my astral field to find myself and to help others through my energy.
These techniques encompass meditation, reiki, yoga, among other doctrines pertaining to Buddhist philosophy and other aspects, nowadays no matter your religion you can incorporate to your life various practices to enrich your spiritual life.
I invite you to follow me and to comment on your experiences in the topics that you develop throughout this section.

Vida Espiritual #1
Hoy inicio esta nueva sección llamada vida espiritual, en la cual les ofrezco, consejos, entrevistas, tips e información sobre las técnicas que se pueden usar para limpiar nuestro espíritu, equilibrar el organismo, conectarnos con la naturaleza, con nuestro “Yo” interno y aprender a sanar sólo con alternativas naturales.
Para tener una vida espiritual no es necesario ser un ermitaño y alejarse de la sociedad, sólo es necesario agregar a la vida prácticas que enriquezcan tu espíritu y te hagan una mejor persona, interesarse por el interior, además del exterior, por ser una persona sana tanto en las acciones como en lo que ingerimos o bebemos.
En mi vida me he interesado por buscar siempre alternativas espirituales y el universo me ha presentado personas que me han enseñado práticas filosóficas que ayudan a la concentración, a la paz interior y a abrir mi campo astral para encontrarme conmigo misma y poder ayudar a los demás mediante mi energía.
Estas técnicas engloban la meditación, el reiki, el yoga, entre otras doctrinas pertenecientes a la filosofía budista y a otras vertientes, hoy en día sin importar tu religión puedes incoporar a tu vida diversas práticas para enriquecer tu vida espiritual.

You are absolutely correct. When people think of spiritual Big think of chakras and a third eye. However I believe being a spiritual person is much more than what we use as objects. And definitely has much more to do with what we use as in terms of intuition.
That is true, spirituality encompasses different practices is a whole philosophy of life and also participates the chakras because they are part of our being. Keeping in touch with the spiritual develops our intuition.
