Thanks for sharing, I used to act like a superwoman and I used to lift heavy things so I began to suffer of a terrible pain, maybe I lifted things in the wrong way. Now, I am careful and I know I am not a superwoman hehe so I don't have back ache so frequently. I hope people get serious this advice. Greetings!
Your post is very good and important, especially in these moments that people have a hectic lifestyle and we really don't care about little moviments we do diary and we don't see that is affecting our back weelness. A lot of people suffer of back pain because of it little movements and is good to read some about what is producing this to avoid it.

Thank you for this post, i know it will help me in a great way, i will try and do all that is listed and watch how it goes . I feel so much back pain . Will start from a hard bed and an indoor walks and exercise.

Good idea to write about back pain as it is a disease so many of us suffer. Thank you for your information :) I think another really huge point is a punctual training to build up muscles to stand the burden our back has to carry especially by wrong posture.
