When you were younger, from the earliest that you can remember, what kind of life did you aspire to live?

Did you have grand, ambitious dreams?

Ask a persons this question and a strange thing usually happens. A smile spreads across the person’s face, and then their eyes start to look glassy as they remember the tiny version of themselves.

But what happened?

Did your fragile half-formed ideas that you felt would one day be strong and clear enough to live your dreams become reality ?

What happened?

Are all those dreams still alive within, or did you abandon your dreams as you went forward through time?

The following comic illustrated by Zen Pencils and written by concert pianist James Rhodes features an exploration of our dreams and question we often feel when we nostalgically gaze into our past:

So many times we may not have the drive to pursue our dreams . Sometimes we many need to force ourselves to act on our dreams or else we'll just end up not achieving it at all. Is that what you really want ?
