The dangers are real, fear is not!

Be love, only LOVE. Love is the ultimate truth. Fear is not real. The dangers are always real, but the fear is not. It clouds judgement & keeps you from what you most truly want.

So often we are right on the edge of all we've been working towards only to let fear stop us.

When you feel the fear arise just let it.

Accept this part of yourself as just a normal human expression.

This is not a part of us to battle with, this is a part that needs our attention to be allowed to fully integrate into us. It needs love. It's a bright red flashing light saying pay attention! Because you need MORE LOVE, NOT LESS.

Try These 2 simple steps for quick fear relief👇

First ask, do these feelings belong to me or some one else?

....Did you feel the lift?

Second, say "I love the one is afraid".

...Get specific... say what you you are afraid of. You can even say why...I love the one who is afraid if I open up I will be rejected, embarrass myself, fail...

The more you send yourself love 💫the less room you will have for fear. You will begin to find clarity & your path 👣 will become more clear.
