Day 1: workout 45 minutes balik alindog goal

It's already 3months since I stop workout. I'm gaining weight. I'm back in cebu 1month and a half ago still I don't workout even the gym is just 10 steps down. What I did is just to eat, sleep and repeat. I lose motivation to lose weight but here I am back from where I started before. I will do it slowly but surely this time🙏 I'm not 100% healthy. And I know that health is wealth. It always a matter of priority. Yey! ! Today, 45minutes of workout! Woooh. . 🏋 -my weight 54.7kg -goal at least toned and shaped.
