There are thousands of whole things within us, and there is no greater joy than to be reflected on us, and become authentic and honest in us
Happiness comes from indulging in living the present and enjoying the journey. As soon as we stop shifting the circumstances around us into problems that need to be resolved, and recognizing that they are experiences that we need to live, we can then draw satisfaction from them
Happiness is like a butterfly, the more you chase it, the more you escape it
If you are frustrated, you live in the past, if you are tense, you live in the future, but if you feel safe you live in the present
