this is #me - i sometimes think too much

We all have an average of about 70,000 thoughts every day, many of which are negative ....Earlier in the Stone Age, our negative thoughts, fears and life experiences served as protection .... from dangerous animals and dangerous situations...
But what worked well 10,000 years ago, today leads us to emotional pain.

So if you can produce your negative thoughts yourself, then you can stop producing them yourself.

  1. get your own mental free
    You feel that a negative thought is coming, then immediately breathe deeply three times and try to focus on your breath quite consciously....close your eyes ... so you can concentrate better.
    You are slowing down your negative thoughts and freeing yourself for your consciousness.

  2. Do not suppress your negative thoughts and consciously look at them... Think: Why do I have this thought? What triggered him? Where does it come from?
    What are his patterns, how does he move?

Many people try to look away, to push the evil away. Of course, that does not work. On the contrary. It only reinforces the negative thought pattern. The right approach, no matter what thoughts you have, is to accept them and then watch them. Only then can you work with them.

  1. Neutralize your thoughts now. It's just a thought. He is not negative and not positive. The rating you give him. Do not judge him, let him be neutral. It's just a little thought you just produced.

4.Choose a positive backlash. Find a positive counter-thought for every negative thought you get repeatedly.He has no influence on your life, just let him jump around. Do not give him the power to stress you. Continue now. Draw your attention to the here and now. Do not think so much. And if it does, then think positively.

This will require some practice at the beginning. But the more often you become aware of these situations and go through these four steps, the easier it will be for you.
Just by becoming aware of your thoughts, you regain control over your mental space and can again determine which program you want to play "up there".

The present moment knows no worries. Your negative thoughts always refer to memories from the past and worries about the future.

But the past and the future are nonexistent. They are the work of your thoughts. So created by you and changeable by you.

I deal a lot with this topic .... in our age of fast pace it is important to find the inner peace and contentment ... our heads are full of worries and negative thoughts ... we must not forget in the "Now and Here " to live!
