📷 Ink found some 'shrooms...
It's mushroom season in Flagstaff, AZ and we found a bunch of Lobster Mushrooms while free camping/hiking in the Coconino National Forest here in Arizona. They are super meaty and have a slight seafoody taste. I looked them up online and they go for a pretty penny if you want to have them shipped to you and are considered quite the delicacy. I cooked them up a few different ways, but I think my favorite was them in chili spaghetti. The lobsters are pretty much out of season now, so we're on to foraging other types of mushrooms. It's nice to be able to walk out the RV door and go forage some food in the woods.
