We all have bad days ...if we are lucky
Some have bad weeks
Join that club
Some have bad years and soldier on regardless of the shit that the cosmos and people can throw at all of us
Some seem to have bad lives and it seems insipid to complain about much of anything
When we are up then there are forces that bring us down
When we are down there are forces that bring us up
Perhaps what actually matters is chipping away the rust that collects in our lives
Perhaps not forcing changes that are not ready to be made and accepting our current state as is
We always seem to seek to do more
How about doing less?
Maybe we wouldn't have so many bad days?
Just a thought as I get more done by doing less which ironically is a club I'd like to join... (or start)

Bad days can come to us all, and I am just as guilty as many for starting to think maybe my life would be so much better if I had a little more - envy is an easy trap to fall into.
But then I remember myself, and realise that I am looking in the wrong direction, it isn't what we don't have that is important - it is what we do have - and life seems so much happier again.

Maybe if we jsut look at the positives or appreciate the little things in our life , we wouldn’t have bad days
Visualize your thoughts and impulses like the moving air that surrounds you. Try to imagine them as 3d text floating over your head and passing through your body. Sometimes we get too invested in internalized dialog that we start to forget we aren't the ones making them. We start to believe that voice in our head like its fact or god. Our thoughts are not what define us, our desire to actualize those thoughts defines the reality you reside in. Let go of negativity like a kite in wind.
