The Ice Cream Turned Out Great! You Really Need To Try This.
The ice cream we made tasted great, as you noticed I made that past tense, it was gone after lunch. The grandkids ate it up along with all us adults too. If you like ice cream, you really need to try this, it is better than any store-bought ice cream I have had. It is so simple to make and great to get the kids involved in making it too.
Recipe as follows!
Two and two-thirds cups if heavy whipping cream
One 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
One teaspoon of vanilla
Put the whipping cream in a bowl and whip it till it is like whipped cream. Add the can of sweetened condensed milk and the vanilla. Fold everything together till it is mixed well. Put it in a freezer safe bowl, cover the top with plastic wrap and put the lid on it. Freeze for at least 4 hours, longer is better.
You can add anything you want to it and make it strawberry or chocolate, chocolate chip, it can be flavored any way you want it. Use your imagination and make it with your favorite fruit or berry.
