Ok so, over the last 130 years, the human height has been increased by 3 inches, while 130 years before, the average of the mens was 5'7", and now they are at 5'10".

Because of the technology aids, our health, eyesight, hearing and many other things are so much better than before, now its not 100% positive than in the next century the technology as bionic eyes will be integrated on our daily life, but they're positive that this technology will be available in the far future of humanity, in the future even the humans that are blind out there will have the ability to see on X-rays and on infrared light, now these prosthetics wont just be available for those who got disabilities.

In South Africa, where an Oxford study revealed that they developed an built-in machine mechanism for the kids who are HIV-infected that prevents the disease from turning on AIDS.

They can even do Gene editing with their tools like CRISPR ( Search it on the internet ) that are looking to reverse the effects of again and eradicate diseases.
