During the pre-assessment the new comers in nursery had high level of I.q and were quick learners. Due to the hilly area almost of students were coming from far area about 4-5 km and one to two hours. There were zero source of communication and other facilities to school. However the interest of students and some parents mobilized me as well to keep it continue and this hope compelled me to serve for twelve years. Then students showed the results in Urban’s school with good remarks.
