Your choice to make these changes are absolutely inspiring to say the least.

For a great part of my own life, I lived in service of pleasing others and saw self-fulfilment as a selfish act (as my indoctrinated upbringing demanded) until one day I realize that you can not fill from an empty cup: meaning that if you do not take care in replenishing and nourishing your own soul with love, joy and peace ~ you will deplete your own resources therefor you will not be able to delightfully spill over into the lives of the people that matter the most to you.
