Yeah I know how you feel. When I get angry sometimes it's just to much. So I go outside to workout when I have that anger but sometimes its just to much to even do that. So I just kick the fence instead or wip a tree with some rope.

Still finding way to balance myself but what i have found the most effective is working out everyday cause in that moment I think about nothing only feeling my body and how it moves.
