RIP Neil, the death of a friend, but the friendship lives on.
I write this post with tears streaming down my face, sometimes the world can be so unfair, but we must live on.
This afternoon i found out that my good friend Neil was killed in an auto accident.
I am very sad about this news, Neil was a great man, friend and member of the community.
I first met Neil as a new member of the Young Muslim Collective. We became friends immediately after talking about politics, life and Islam. He has a passion for cooking, and made the best roasted chicken i have ever had in my life.
He loved working out at the gym, and Batman movies.
He loved children and would mentor Muslim youth at the Young Muslim Collective. He will truly be missed by our community.
