"The meaning of communication lies in the response you get."

This is a statement taken from the communication model called Neuro-Semantics. It essentially outlines the fact that just because we said something, does not mean it was heard.

You could be throwing down truth nuggets left and right with stone cold facts to back up those nuggets... but if you didn't communicate those nuggets and facts, then they will not be heard.

I believe that it's possible to communicate with anyone (even the total assholes), you just need to understand how they communicate, in when you figure that out, then the whole process get a lot easier.
