How to Fight The Worst Feeling of Life - Depression

It's hard to fight depression,

and most of us are already feeling it but not aware of it. Most of us always think about everythings, problems, money and all that, and we didn't know that we are affecting other people because of our moods and acts cause of depression.

There are lots of ways to fight depression
First, make sure you have enough sleep, because you cannot think straight and you're feel so weak and blah when you don't get enough sleep, if you can't sleep try to use a pill.

You eat healthy foods. Eating healthy can help with mood in general. Do some exercise to feel better 10-15 mins a day is enough. E
Doing exercise can helps you in a number of ways, which may include: Releasing feel-good brain chemicals that may ease depression.

Take a deep breat, take a hot shower, sing your favorite song like no one is listening, get outside and go for a walk soak yourself in the sunshine!
and the most importamt is PRAY He's always there for us, ask for streght, guidance. He knows what we are going through, He always listen, He knows. He has a plan for us even if we don't know the reason for all of our struggles/problem.

Some really good tips! Depression can be very bad, a lonely time. Spending time with friends and can help.

Exercise, listening to relaxing music, breathing exercise, surround yourself with people who truly care, dont do drugs, do not binge drink, drink at moderation, get plenty of sleep, drink a lot of water, and smile all the time.

If theres no depression, no contradiction we couldnt enjoy happiness :)
