Don't Blink!
Over 10 years ago I had the chance to take college courses on an 88 foot schooner for about the same cost per credit as sitting in a stodgy brick building... The overarching message of the program was simply 'Don't Blink' ... meaning don't turn down a good opportunity for the sake of remaining in your comfort zone... In about 30 days I went from a sailing newb to standing in the rigging under full sail... every now and then this picture pops up and I can still feel the wind under my feet...
