Learn to be in peace.
You Don't have to work on your own peace. You don't have to work on your self realizations. Actually, its about leaning back, Relaxing and just observing what is happening around us when you actually start observing...then you will become conscious and mind will become more aware of surrounding..
i know its very hard than done. Because we have so much resistances towards just relaxing and observing thing arounds us.
We are so trained to do and do and do To work and work.
System is set we are so trained to be busy, to keep ourselves busy.
We are trained not to spend much time with ourselves.
Because people who relax and observe and are aware of surrounding. they will know and start realizing this Big game where money works like tool.
And when they will know this truth.
They will see that whats going on here is unrealistic.
They will see beyond all this bullshit rules and labels.
They will see beyond what should and should not be.
They will know what to do what no to do.
They will starts doing something diffrent that is not actually being set by this System.
And this is very dangerous and scary for this current system.
that's why you are meant to be busy. So, relax my friends and let's stop this bullshit.
We are humans not the man made Machines.

Very true We are trained not to spend much time with ourselves already at preschool on the age of 2.5 years old. Trained is not the right word we are forced into joining, sharing, being active. If we just sit there and watch we are labelled as a-social, autist, weird etc. for the rest of our lives. The right to be with yourself is taken away, even forbidden
