Moringa oleifera also know "kalamungay" in bisayan dialect, this plant is fairly large tree that is native in the North India. This types of plants is very rich in antioxidants properties and bioactive compounds.

Aside of its health benefits, moringa oleifera seeds can also be use as an organic coagulant because of its characteristics, but the disadvantage of this coagulant is the process is too expensive and time consuming because it is more effective in clumping of suspended solid if the oil will be remove.
