True Leadership

At different points in our lives, we are made to lead a group of people to achieve a common goal. How we do this task is what shows the kind of leader we truly are. True leadership is really in service.

True leaders value the opinion of others. They are not controlling. They correct their followers with love and they also help them become the best they could possibly be. A leader never uses his power to intimidate others. The true meaning of leadership is in selflessness. Jesus Christ showed us his humility as a leader when He washed the feet of His disciples.
