For me this post reinforces the difference between motivation and discipline. Motivation is how you feel and discipline is a habit. Motivation is limited discipline costs nothing, as a matter of fact if you break the routine you will feel anxious.

Use motivation to create habits and thus positive feedback loops. PRO TIP: when you make a TO DO list, put more things then you can do in a day - you will achieve more :)
