Depletion of Human Energy.

Usually we realize that we are devastated too late. When the last of our strength had already been spent, and there are no new. And in this case it would be useful to have some criteria, red lights that would light up to warn of the imminent devastation.

I took a period of depletion once. I was not like everything in my life. And how to change it was not clear and I had no strength. I changed jobs, stopped toxic relationship and began to live as I want. It helped me a lot. True to this recovery took a long time.

I felt completely dissatisfied with my life. This created an internal conflict. Friends, do only what brings joy and pleasure, from which burning eyes and heart rejoices! I wish you all the pleasure in life.

And now some of the criteria that signal you that you are on the verge of exhaustion:

Other people annoy you.

You do not sleep at night. And in the morning you can not wake up.

You eat too little or even forget to eat, or vice versa.

Houseplants die at home.

You have no desire to have sex.

You do everything lazily.

Depressed and pessimistic thoughts.

You do not want anything.

At least one item found? Let's go for refueling. Urgently give yourself the opportunity to lie down in the bath without feeling guilty, give yourself the opportunity to walk in nature, and better alone, let's read a book, let's watch a movie. Do something nice and useless in the general sense - because in fact it is the most useful.

I had some sort of experience of depletion.
When I got Meningitis last year I went to bed not feeling well. Then woke but not conscious of doing so. To wake up days later. My brain because so focused on saving my life that I became disconnected. Yet my brain managed to walk, eat, drink, and battle a rare disease ... all unknown to me!

Yes, it is important to understand the problem immediately.

Much of what you described is how I feel during my depressive times. I don't really know if it's cyclical, seasonal, biological or a combination of it all. But I've been better about being measured in my health and well-being and taking time in nature has always helped me find a grounded moment.
