How Often Should You Eat Junk Food ??

Some of the who like to stay Fit might think that there is no need to eat Junk Food as they are Bad for Health. I agree with them completely but that being said Junk Foods are Tasty and for People like me who love to Eat it's quite hard to completely stop Eating them.

So I did the next best think. I carefully builded a Rule which helps me in making good Decisions when it comes to eating Junk Food.

I follow a 80-20 Rule where I eat only Junk Food once a Week to keep a Balance of Junk Food to Healthy Food at that Ratio.

Now some of you might say what is the reason for eating Junk Food only Once per Day. There is a Good reason for it as eating Junk Food once a Week will fill your Craving for Junk Food which slowly builds up over Time.

That’s a really interesting question!
It pretty much depends on the context. In our society, we do not have to eat “junk food”, but it is a choice we make. There is plenty of healthier alternatives, and we have the opportunity to make healthier choices. So we ought to eat it as little of it as possible.

The Problem lies in the fact that Junk foods are way Tastier than Healthy Food.

I eat whenever I want to whether it's a junk food or healthy foods. It really depends on what my mood is

Balance Diet and Quality Food is essential for best Health.

It is absolutely essential.

If you were in my Country I would have Jumped on that Invitation.

Food plus I would get to Travel it would be a plus plus situation for me.

I think one should avoid junk food as much as possible. My suggestion is maybe once in a week but many people will not be able to stand that
