This is a beautiful post. It sometimes takes us too long to learn these lessons..and we still have to work at them at times. I think I was well into my 30's before I started realizing that my anger was not doing me any favors. Thanks for writing this post, I really enjoyed it.
Thank you, @artemisnorth. I have to work at these lessons every day, and the habits I've learned in the process make it easier to remember them. I'm glad to see that another person has seen the futility of anger as I have.
