Cholesterol
Cholesterol is a substance similar to wax without color or odor, produced by the liver to help to perform the functions of the body properly, and the human body needs a small amount of it, as it works on the production of vitamin D also produces bile, which facilitates digestion, Animal products, and there are two types of cholesterol, one is called good cholesterol and the other bad cholesterol, and the liver works to absorb the bad cholesterol and rid the body of it if the cholesterol level within the normal level.
Causes of high cholesterol in the body
The high cholesterol in the body for several reasons and these reasons:
Smoking.
Extra weight especially in the abdomen (rumen) These factors help to raise cholesterol in the blood.
Cholesterol is also a high risk of high cholesterol, so their diet should be followed well.
Eating high-fat animal meat helps raise cholesterol in the blood.
In order to avoid these risks, the person must eat healthy food and do some activities and exercises to avoid obesity and work to burn fat in the body, and stress and psychological impact on raising cholesterol in the blood.
Damage to the use of cholesterol in the body
Despite the benefits of cholesterol to the human body, but the high rate in the body caused many health problems, the most important of which:
Heart clotting: The presence of a large percentage of cholesterol in the body impedes the flow of blood in the arteries, especially the arteries that feed the heart, which impedes the arrival of blood to the heart and stroke.
Arteriosclerosis.
Heart disease, which arises due to narrowing of the arteries, where the fat accumulates from cholesterol in the arteries and may lead to angina.
Kidney stones have recently discovered that a large proportion of kidney stones are caused by fat resulting from cholesterol.
Clogged arteries.
Stroke: High cholesterol reduces oxygen reaching the brain in the blood leading to stroke or stroke.
Based on the above, you dear reader is able to determine the rate of cholesterol in your body and protect it from rising through healthy food and maintain the appropriate weight, and we advise you to perform laboratory tests showing cholesterol in the blood from time to time because the high cholesterol in the blood is not accompanied by symptoms, Do not feel any symptoms when high cholesterol in the blood, despite the seriousness of human health, a simple blood analysis of the person can be assured of his health.

This is very outdated.
First, I would like to point out that:
Cholesterol is an integral part of EVERY CELL membrane.
Cholesterol is the precursor for progestagens, estrogens and androgens.
Cholesterol is the precursor for glucocorticoids and mineralocorticoids.
Cholesterol is the precursor for Vitamin D.
Cholesterol as antioxidant.
Cholesterol is an essential part of myelin and signal transduction in neurons.
Hence, it is ESSENTIAL, not something we should fear.
Also, when consuming a standard American diet, only about 25% of the cholesterol comes from diet, the rest is made by the body. Meaning if you don't eat it, your body will make it!
The human body is brilliant NOT stupid. We need to change the way we think about this. Thus, if LDL (the so called bad) cholesterol is high there is a reason for it. Either we need hormones, more neurons or there is chronic inflammation. We need to look at the reason. Lowering cholesterol when it is trying to solve a deeper problem is just ignorant!
In fact, here is a large cohort study proving that more than half of the patients with CAD actually had low LDL.

Really good update and great breakdown (and source). This being said most high levels of cholesterol do come from diet and the modern American diet does have too much (though is low in other lipids).
Here is the source for the de novo cholesterol synthesis:
https://www.healthline.com/health/where-is-cholesterol-found
http://www.proofofcare.com/2015/11/what-does-high-cholesterol-do-to-your-body/
These sources do not support my other information though. Again outdated.
I would like to add two more great sources, including the Framingham Heart Study.
In the elderly the higher Cholesterol is associated with better cognition.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15673620
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18757771
This is an outdated view on cholesterol. There's new studies showing cholesterol has a different role than what we've thought: https://www.nhs.uk/news/heart-and-lungs/study-says-theres-no-link-between-cholesterol-and-heart-disease/
In addition avoiding high fat foods is proven to be a message funded by the sugar industry.
Couldn't agree more!!
i,m agree with you ,it has many disadvantages

TGs is fat or lipid. The form in which it is stored in the body and consumed (manly) in food.
Cholesterol is a waxy 4 ringed molecule.
