People feel safe around you when they can trust you and believe that you care about them. Trust has to be earned and cultivated.
People have been disappointed by past relationships and they do not know who to trust and who not to. They trusted someone and believed in them completely but they ended up hurt and their hearts broken into a thousand pieces.
Conflict in Building Trust
Even in corporate organizations, people sacrifice others for their own gain and this interfers with the principles of building trust and confidence. When people do not trust each other then there is no cooperation. Jim Rohn, a business philosopher once said "each of us need all of us, and all of us need each of us."
People are looking for someone they can trust. Their question is, "Can you be trusted?" People want to confide in you, they want to do business with you. They want to leave their property in your care, but the question is, "Are you trustworthy?"
Kind Acts Build Trust
The process of making people feel safe around you begins with the little things that we do daily and consistently. The kindness that you show makes the difference. When you are getting a coffee for yourself, carry an extra cup for someone else. Hold a door open for someone, and when someone holds a door for you, say thank you.
It takes time to build trust but the rewards are just immeasurable. It doesn't work overnight, and it requires commitment. We live in a world of cause and effect. Whatever you throw to the world, the world will throw it back to you. Show the other person love by performing kind acts consistently and they will eventually reciprocate it.

People love doing business with people who make them feel comfortable and safe. Be the kind of person who can heal their wounds, build a relationship and gain their trust. Create a habit of kindness to every person you come across and be patient enough to eventually create an environment of love and care.
