When pancreas does not able to make enough or any insulin or body unable use its own insulin well this increase level of glucose in blood. Over time Diabetes leads to problems such as stroke, eye problem, kidney problem, heart attack
Upcoming days there is no need to prick fingers or taking shots. Scientist developed needle less ways for diabetic patient.A biochemical sensor that stick to the skin like bandage and monitor perfect blood glucose level with wireless handheld device, also needle less insulin injecting system.

There is not much of a need for sustained diabetes care, because it can be cured.
It is the pharmaceutical industry's interest to care instead of cure, the same case as with cancer and other chronic diseases.
