How many times do you really appreciate others from your heart?
Isn't it feel hard sometimes? But maybe we all approve that appreciation is good for our inner peace. As long as we don't learn to appreciate others or even our good works, we can't feel pure happiness.
Appreciating life is not only good for us, but it makes others feel good about themselves and us also. So you see there are two-sided benefits of it. What our relationships would be if there's no appreciation. Feeling thankful and showing them through our words and action is very necessary. It makes every relation and environment feel good.
Now, the question is how can we start to appreciate life? Well, it's not like a theory or any strict process. Being thankful for everything is the key to appreciate life. We are a human, we have something to eat & sleep, we have friends and family and the list goes on. You know if you learn to feel thankful for every bit of your life, you will feel how much scope there's to appreciate the good things in life.
Appreciating the little things about life, even if someone gives you just a thank you, feel good about it. Being humble, kind and supportive can be a good choice to be on the path to appreciate everything. Also, behaving softly and calmly can help a lot. You know, the more you feel positive about life the more you will feel thankful for your life. And when you focus on the good things of life, you will probably gonna learn to pick the good things only. Which helps a lot to learn appreciation.
