Do not say that happiness is simple

Today I saw a blog which starts with "it's simple ... be happy!". And that's deeply wrong.
A few days after one blogger appeared in my life, I woke up being followed on Instagram by a motivational speaker. On his account he have numerous clichés, plus the classic "lives the life you want, not yours".

Again, profoundly wrong.

It's not easy to have the life you want, it's not easy to be happy. Happiness is hard to get, sometimes impossible.

There is happiness in poverty, there is happiness in wealth, but all of this is about a pattern of individual thinking, strongly influenced by the environment, education, character and many other factors.

I do not see where simplicity is in happiness.

If it was so easy to have a good life, there was no room for happiness on exotic islands and Michelin-starred restaurants.

Happiness is so individual, but with strong influences from outside, that you can not generalize it. It's like sex. It's like saying happiness is just the position of the missionary. And it's just that you just have sex in this position. When there are hundreds of positions, some more acrobatic than others. And all causes happiness and pleasure.

But what do you do with people who find happiness in not making body love? Can you meet people's tastes (mother's word)? Can not.

How much happiness.
But what do you do if your happiness does not correspond to the social context? If I'm happy with women with a burka, but this country does not accept that?

Alas, how happy is happiness.

This motivational trend (which I do not think will ever die) gives people the impression that they can do anything, that happiness is at a sacrifice away.

Statistically speaking, it is very easy not to be lucky and implicitly to the happiness that you feel "you deserve". It's much easier to run for an impossible happiness and to fail lamentably than to rationalize your chances and approach a more reserved strategy and attitude.

There is much to discuss about happiness and its factors. Equally important is that we are a generation that thinks it deserves everything. Including happiness. We live with "you" in your mind and self-sufficient.

If we have a smartphone at the bearer it does not mean that life is easier. It's just as hard, just the fronts have changed.

It is true that some are happy. But they are not an example. They are ... they (?).

That said, hoping to open the craving for happiness and cheap motivations (it costs us nothing to say positivism) reminds you of the obvious: life can not be happy because much of she spends sleeping on the toilet, eating and hoping. It's okay at most.

True happinessis hard to find. Humans always want, what they don't have! Good read!

In modern days, people tend to say that succes is correlated with happiness. I noticed, however, based on my experience, that those who are obsessed with the theme of success usually miss, or even when they have it ... they are unhappy. Where does it result that there is something in our representation of success that is not fully satisfactory. Even when you are successful, you realize you have a lot of other reasons not to be totally happy. I would say first of all that we need to avoid identifying success with happiness. Thanks for reading!

A key component is to pray. God gives more happiness than anything on earth can. And for free!

Yes, a key component is to pray. Even if you pray at God, even if you pray at the light which is inside you. I think there is happiness independent of success, there are unhappy successful people, one at hand, secondly, I think success is achieved as happiness, if it appears as a collateral effect rather than as an obsessive target.
