Is it right to judge a person based on his/her bad deeds done in the past?

Judging someone because of bad deeds in the past is very unfair, we as moral people must give a second chance to someone who wants to change and do good. Let the badness in the past be a lesson for him and hopefully in the future he will no longer do these bad deeds. But we also must not forget the bad deeds he had done, because he has the potential to repeat the bad deeds.
With the change in attitude and behavior towards good and positive deeds, we must support and encourage him to do good again or maintain the good deeds he has done so far. And we also fellow humans must remind each other if he wants to fall into bad deeds again. With us remembering him, maybe he made a mistake in that case, he could repent as soon as possible.
Humans in this world were created by God full of lust. This lust depends on how we manage it. If we allow lust to dominate us. Then we will repeat bad deeds. But if we manage this lust well, it will have an impact on the good deeds we will do.
So, judging someone who committed a bad deed in the past is wrong, give him the opportunity to correct his past mistakes. Because quite a lot of people who after getting a second chance, can correct their mistakes and become role models in the future.
