I did eat some product about Spirulina! It was a conference in Italy and we had as well Spirulina's food

Spirulina Powder can be put into Foods
Smoothies and The Like

And be aware the powdered stuff stains pretty well lol

Always remember with supplementation that there is a scale of quality. I would avoid heat-pressed tablets and opt more for organic and raw spirulina powder.
