And old boss of mine used to say that ‘hope is not a strategy’, and whilst that is perfectly true, I do think that it plays an important part in helping us to achieve our goals. Hope helps us through the days when everything seems to be a problem, and hope can put a smile on our face and a spring in our step when the road to success seems particularly long. Sometimes, a little bit of hope, wrapped around a whole load of hard work, can make all the difference…
Too many strategies seem to be mostly hope with a little bit of hard work, whereas if you done all the hard work you can, adding a little hope can’t hurt.
