Having more sweets will lead to diabetes

Those who like their sweet taste often hear them. However, it may be ridiculous for people who know about diabetes. Because those people who are suffering from diabetes are playing with this wrong idea and are not less.

Where is sweet or sugar

Carbohydrates, naturally occurring in vegetables, fruits and dairy products, which also play sugar in our body. The sugar that we add to drink or food is 'Add Sugar', one of which is the tea we use to make coffee. Another type of sugar is 'custard sugar' which is hidden in packaged foods.

Diabetes and Sugar

Diabetes is of two types-type one and type-2. The difference between the two types of Type 1 diabetes is that insulin-producing cells are destroyed by our body's immune system and the peninsula is made in type 2 diabetes, but the body can not do it. And neither of the two are sweet or carbohydrates because of eating.

However, there is a 'obesity' or overweight relationship with type 2 diabetes. Which may be due to idle lifestyle, eating extra junk food etc. As a result, there is an implicit relationship with type-to-diabetes with sugar hidden in food.

So sweeteners increase the risk of fast food or drink type to diabetes.

"But type-2 diabetes is not so easy, and sugar is not the only reason."

Diabetes patients can eat sugar?

There is no such thing as diabetes, that sugar must be divorced. According to the doctor's advice, there is no harm in eating sugar as much as possible.

Even when blood sugar levels decreased, doctors often offered 'glucose tablets'.

According to World Health Organization, an adult diabetic patient whose body mass index is normal, can eat six tablespoons of sugar daily.
