Uniuyo emerges winners for the second time in a row in the petrobowl competition during the spe stce conference taking place at NILE turkish university Abuja.

Having emerged winners in the petrobowl last year at home(uniuyo), many said that it was due to home advantage.

But the uniuyo petrobowl team proved them wrong beating other contesting schools like the university of Ibadan(UI), federal university of technology owerri(futo) and others to retain their title.
Uniuyo won futo in the finals to retain the cup, while UI(runners up last year) were beaten to 3rd position by OAU.
The competition was a tough one, all schools doing their very best which made it almost impossible to predict the end of the competition.
Having retained their title, the uniuyo spe petrolbowl team are then to go compete at Dallas during the coming Annual stce conference taking place there at Dallas.
The uniuyo spe petrobowl team were unable to make it to Texas last year due to certain technical issues, but by the grace of God should make it to Dallas this year.

Runners up- Federal university of technology owerri(futo)
3rd position- Obafemi Awolowo university(OAU)
4th position- university of ibadan(UI)
