Sunday is cycling day on The Sunshine Coast ...... so I found out!
It's Sunday, let's go for a ride! Weekends are quieter on the roads, no peak hour traffic of the endless vehicles whizzing by two cyclists out for a casual ride. So pleasant.
5:30 on a late Sunday afternoon all was quiet and peaceful, it was a carefree cycle down to the beach, passed a few other bikes riders and all was kosher. No-one going our way!
Then this site met our eyes as we neared the ramp leading up to the big look out deck, it made me laugh. We are not the only ones who like to cycle to the beach in the cool on a late Sunday afternoon. Parking our bikes we joined our fellow bikers. All great minds think alike!
Trust me, it does not look a lot but in our neck of the woods it is!
