When the 'perfect plan' doesn't work!

'Don't plan for life, plan your action.'

Sounds crazy, I know. We all love to do plan. Especially when it comes to a life plan. No, maybe we all don't love planning. There are some of us who hates plan and live their life as it is. But personally I don't follow that and I will never suggest that. Then, why I'm suggesting to do any life plan, right?

Because most of our life plan doesn't work at the end. Can you remember, what you used to say you want to be when you grow up? Okay, it may shift a lot. Now, if you plan for that to achieve, maybe it either will not work. Sometimes it works like a miracle. But do you want to depend on miracles or want to be realistic? I also love miracles but I'm a realistic person. So, I will suggest to not plan for your life, rather plan for your action!

Let me light on this!

I have explained why I don't like life plans. So, what I do. I break down my plan. It's not a temporary or short term plan. Those are actually long term but as I try to break them down they seem achievable. Like, if I want to be the manager of my company, I try to break down the components of my goal. Like what training I need, what self-development I need to achieve ie. It's not a life plan. In the way of achieving it, there's always room to change it, shift it and re-plan it as per every other thing.

Moreover, using estimating is very necessary from a personal or professional level. It's like evaluating what changes is necessary, what we have done, where we are and what will happens depends on our current status. So that we can change our plan. It's like having a flexible plan which always works. So rather than having a strict perfect plan, I prefer to have a flexible plan which h I can change if needed.

Life is a mystery. It's not like that a plan will always work. So rather putting ourselves to the stress to not achieve and meet our plan, we can apply this method. I think this gonna help!
