Sleep first then work!

I know how wired it may sound in our busy life. We all are good at compromising with sleep. Especially the teens, you may be surprised by seeing the low rate of sleep time. So, when I say sleep first, don't freak out. Just give it a second thought, if you are also doing that or not? Or maybe someone close to you is doing this.

Workaholism is not very uncommon in our busy life, nowadays. But compromising with our sleep and not giving our brain to recover has a huge impact in the long run. We all know sleep is the best way to heal our mind, rest it and gain the energy again. But if we fail to manage that time we can't function properly. You will see a loss in productivity, focus and health issues.

So, Sleep first and then work.

Enhancing sleep patterns, sleeping time and duration has a huge impact on our mind and body. Point out what you are doing wrong. Checking emails and work-related things for long, using social media, watching movies, handing out online/offline; examine what makes you sleep late or having less sleep. And the reschedule your sleeping routine. We all know we need at least eight hours of sleep in 24 hours. But many of us don't follow that.

Another thing is, sometimes we choose to compromise with sleep for a few days and thought to cover up it later or oversleep for another few days. This is actually very unhealthy and can't give you any good solution. Your brain needs recovery time from all the radiations, monitor times and from everything. So, it's better to adopt a healthy sleeping pattern.

Getting proper sleep will not reduce your working hour, rather it will enhance your productivity. We all actually know this but don't take this seriously. So it would be good for you if you take this seriously and reschedule your sleeping & working pattern.
