Listen to your Internal Body Clock!
Do you like to work in morning or at night? Do you feel exhausted if you get up early or have to work till late at night? Do you feel uncomfortable if you miss what you usually do at the same time every day? It's because of our body clock or more precisely biological clock. Our body process activities and keep us running according to our biological clock. So, if we want to break it we feel uncomfortable, that's very normal.
The biological clock keeps us functioning on the same schedule in every day as long as we remain in the same environment. An irregular physical schedule also affects our performance and often leads to sleeping disorders like insomnia. In some cases, these problems can go beyond the period of the ordinary at which we would have normal sleep patterns and affect our whole daily life.
These days, it's becoming normal to get a few sleep at night, miss a meal and so on. We don't listen to our bodies. We are loaded with work and as work means money; we usually give less attention to our body. You can argue that people become more health conscious these days, they go to the gym, they meditate or yoga more often. But, that's totally different from what I'm saying. We can be fit physically if we can't listen to our body clock. But our inner side, our mental health will fall down and it's not very noticeable at the beginning. That's why we don't take care of it that much.
Research says that our timing for everyday activity can help us to function properly. If we want to get a night of proper sleep the first thing we need to do is- sleeping at the same time every single day. It helps our body to function better with the internal clock and thus gives us a better result. Also, taking a meal at the same time every day can help us to lose or control weight. Not only that, our timing of shower or bath, the timing of work everything has a huge impact on our body.
As the effects are not very noticeable that doesn't mean we should be careless about this. Rather we should take much care of this and we should start to listen to our body clock to live a better life.
