Talent can't overcome well managed persistence
Good evening dear Steemians! Have you ever wondered why others are way more successful in something than you, and end up just accepting that they are just are more talented than you, so no matter how hard you try you'll never be so successful or skillful like then?
I see this happening everywhere, people justifying their lack of success on something repeating this mantra, I have no talent for this. Even I sometimes got myself saying something like "I have no talent to drawn". but when I stop and analyze closer what this really mean is, I have never care enough to practice drawing in order to learn drawing.
On the other hand when someone knows I speak basic Japanese and are learning intermediate some people say. Oh I would love to have such talent to learn a foreign language, you must be so talented for learn such a hard language... I use to be like Don't undervalue all those hard worked years studying calling it "talent" it is not like I just open the book and with some sort of divine power I instantly absorve the lessons and new words!
It is hard for everyone!
So hard that innumerable times I get frustrated and end up taking a break from studying. which is actually some of the reasons that after several years I'm still learning the intermediate Level.
I've learned that since we start to understand that what people use look at a skillful or successful person and atribute it to the fact they are talented, They just can't see or are deliberately ignoring all the hard work those people have building over time.
This is a subject I really love to talk about, especially couse I believe this is a great way to wake people up about the fact that everyone have the control to change their whole life.
I have things I still want to talk about this subject, but I realized if I try to put then all in a single post it would become too big and boring and nobody would really read it all. so I decided to split it smaller but friendly posts. I do really admire those who always read the whole posts Jerry make everyday, they must have some sort of reading tallent =)

You've written another great article, @andyluy! You have pointed out the most important thing; hard work and diligent effort produce the best results. Talent is developed in the process of working hard at something. Sometimes there is some natural ability that helps, but it doesn't eliminate the need for hard work. Indeed. Talent is not something we acquire overnight. Right now, I have a "talent" when it comes to drawing, but it took me decades to practice. The secret key? I never gave up. I persisted enough to be the "talented person" I am now.
